Experience the transformative power of a 90-minute Breathwork & Sound Healing session. Our consultation will help sculpt your intention and goal for our session together. Working with the power of your own breath, Taylor guides on how and when to utilize certain techniques to either calm, or activate. The breath primes the system to then be able to fully receive the benefits of quartz singing bowls & relax fully into meditation. This experience is designed to promote relaxation and healing, bringing balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Each experienced is customized based on what Taylor intuitively feels is needed, releasing blockages and restoring one's energetic flow. Book your session for a transformative & soothing experience.
