Beginning with Dynamic Breathwork, we activate our mind and body; creating hormesis to boost our immune system, decrease inflammation in the body, alkalize blood.
This particular form of Wim Hoff breathwork was also designed to stimulate the Vagus Nerve to prepare the mind for mediation. It also helps manage stress levels and improves libido and stamina! All in just 20 minutes.
We then move into Guided Meditation with Sound Healing with Quartz Singing Bowls
